Wheels Up Evening House

 

Beachview Event Rental & Design's team erected a 20 meter structure to serve as the primary dining and entertainment space. The tent was furnished with custom banquettes and linens. Guests entered through the pro shop where they were later gifted Wheels Up clothing and tote bags; from there, guests were ushered onto the elevated patio where celebrity guest chefs served their signature dishes. The entry lounge offered guests refreshments and comfortable seating to enjoy passed hor d'oeuvres and beverages from the 1942 bar. Guests were entertained by guest speakers and two bands.
