Our founding partners come from a background in the hospitality/lodging business and had practiced their core values of service, integrity, and quality inventory for many years.  Not satisfied with the rental items available to their guests, they began to collect inventory and in 1999, Beachview Event Rentals & Design was introduced to the Golden Isles of Georgia. It didn't take long for business to spread across Georgia and Florida and before we knew it, we were doing private, community, and corporate events across the Southeast and then the country! But no matter where we go, we here at Beachview make sure to bring the creativity, fun, and excellent customer service that have been winning us the appreciation of clients since the beginning.








With an eye towards the same valued service and integrity, Military & Disaster Solutions, Inc. - a sister company of Beachview Event Rentals & Design - has been providing logistics management, base camps, disaster relief support services, and rental equipment to many government and private clients since 1999. Our work with multiple entities (American Red Cross, FEMA, US Forestry Service, US Military, US Humane Society, power companies, and the state of Louisiana) on a variety of disaster sites and for myriad training exercises are available in a report of past experience. From tents to Turn Key Base Camp services,  Military & Disaster Solutions, Inc. has been executing impeccable service for over a decade.


Beachview Event Rentals & Design (Beachview Tent Rentals, Inc.) is a Georgia based corporation.

Military & Disaster Solutions, Inc. (GT Party Rentals) is registered and headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.

Both are fully licensed and insured and are members of the Central Contractor Registration, which allows them to do business with the federal government.
